Reusable breast pads for maternity-care ranges. A current bulk starting option uses three layers including a 100% cotton flannel layer and a PUL layer, with a 12 cm diameter and four pads per retail pack.

The cotton flannel layer is 100% cotton; the complete product also contains PUL and must not be described as an all-cotton pad. Confirm the full layer map, thickness and tolerance in the approved specification.

Does “100% cotton flannel” mean the complete pad is 100% cotton?
No. It describes the cotton flannel layer. The complete three-layer pad also includes PUL, and the remaining layer details and GSM must be confirmed in the written specification.
What size and absorption target are available?
The current starting option is 12 cm in diameter with a 15 mL absorption target. Thickness, tolerance and the repeatable test method remain part of sample approval.
How are four-pad packs packed for bulk orders?
The current plan is four pads per retail pack and 400 packs in a 53 × 38 × 48 cm carton. Confirm final packed weight, labeling, carton marks and destination requirements in the quotation.
What are the sample and production timings?
The current sample reference is US$30 and approximately 3 days. Bulk production is approximately 25 days after the sample, specification and order are approved; shipping time is separate.

A nursing-pad quotation should identify the contact layer, absorbent core, waterproof layer, finished dimensions and whether the selling unit is a piece, pair or set.
