Founded in 2010 by Niki, a mother, and a professional nurse, ReuseCare makes reusable-care products and PUL fabrics for brands, wholesalers and distributors.

The beginning
Two perspectives.
One clear purpose.
Niki brought a mother’s perspective on everyday care. A professional nurse brought experience in care. Together, they founded ReuseCare in 2010.
Today, we make PUL and inner fabrics alongside reusable products for women, babies and everyday care. Start with an existing style or discuss materials, construction, printing, labels and packaging for a private-label range.
Our PUL uses polyester or cotton base fabric laminated with TPU film. We agree the construction against your product brief and approved sample.

Mike, our Quality Control Lead, reviews sample sign-off. Each sample has a unique ID, recorded modifications and sign-off tied to the revision approved for bulk production. We agree product-specific test requirements and acceptance criteria as part of the brief.
