Custom Wet Bag RFQ Checklist

Send suppliers the same product and delivery inputs so their quotes can be compared line by line. The sample wet bag below is a reference specification; identify any change or unresolved point in your request.

Wet bag dimensions checked during inspection
Start with finished dimensions and a clearly identified sample reference.

Identify the sample version, material combination and artwork revision to be used for review.

State the quantity and sample basis

For this example, polyester outer fabric has a 1,000-piece MOQ and canvas has a 2,000-piece MOQ. If your request includes both, list each quantity and ask the supplier to confirm the applicable minimum for each material. Do not assume that an order total can be divided across materials or artwork variants without confirmation.

The sample fee is USD 30 and is creditable against a bulk order. Sample preparation is estimated at 3–5 days after the specification is agreed. Ask what is included in the sample, how the credit is applied, whether sample shipping is separate and how revisions affect cost and timing.

Ask for a quote with clear cost lines

Bulk unit pricing depends on the final material, quantity, construction, printing, packaging and delivery scope, so this checklist does not set a fixed unit price. Request separate lines for the finished product, sample fee and credit, screen printing or setup, packaging, freight and any stated exclusions. Include currency and quote validity, and ask the supplier to flag assumptions that could change the price.

  • Confirm the outer fabric and its weight, TPU specification, dimensions and snap.
  • Attach the final artwork file and identify its revision, print colour, size and placement.
  • State order quantity by material and by any distinct artwork or colour version.
  • Describe individual packaging, labels, carton requirement and shipment destination.
  • Request the sample preparation estimate and order-specific bulk schedule as separate timing items.
Wet bags prepared for carton packing
The packing example is 500 pieces per carton; confirm final dimensions and gross weight for freight planning.

Keep capacity separate from lead time

Reported capacity is up to 200,000 pieces per month. This is a monthly capacity figure, not the production lead time for your order. Ask for a schedule tied to specification agreement, sample approval, quantity, material availability, packing and destination. Have sample preparation, buyer review, production, dispatch and transit dates or estimates shown as separate stages.

Inspection and acceptance

The supplied inspection record is dated May 6, 2026, and names QC reviewer Mike. Treat this as the context of the provided review record, not as a test result or certification. In your RFQ, describe which sample details should be checked and agree measurable acceptance criteria for the order. Ask what inspection record will be supplied and when it is completed.

Frequently asked questions

What if my size or materials differ from the example?

Write each requested change into the RFQ and ask the supplier to confirm the revised construction, applicable MOQ, sample scope and quote. The listed MOQs refer to this particular example specification.

Can the sample fee be deducted from any order?

The USD 30 fee is creditable against a bulk order. Ask the supplier to specify the applicable order conditions and credit amount in writing.

What does 500 pieces per carton tell me?

It is the packing reference for this example. Confirm final packed carton quantity, dimensions and gross weight for your order before requesting freight pricing.

Does monthly capacity establish my order delivery date?

No. Up to 200,000 pieces per month is reported capacity, not lead time. Ask for a schedule based on your approved specification and destination.
